Because AI Assurance Pro sits on top of CTFL, CT-GenAI, and CT-AI, it works best as recognition of the combined path rather than as a separate exam to chase first. Finish the underlying certifications, then request the designation if you want that signal.
How qualification works
If you earned ISTQB Foundation Level, ISTQB Testing with Generative AI, and ISTQB AI Testing through ASTQB or AT*SQA, you automatically qualify for AI Assurance Pro. To receive the designation, contact AT*SQA Support. There is no additional charge.

If your CTFL came from another organization
